Hat is very misshapen

Hat is very misshapen
The hat of this set is made of soft felt and and came completely misshapen. It isn't easy to try to flatten out because the base (like the part that would normally go on someone's head if it were full size) doesn't allow you to just put it under something heavy. And while that was disappointing, one of the edges was also not done properly, so there was an extra chunk that I thought might just pull off, but it didn't and even using scissors, it left a frayed edge. I would not give this as a gift but I might be able to get it smoothed out enough to use as a decoration. It's just a regular sized mason jar with a vinyl sticker print on the front and a felt hat. It includes tiny rubber bands and ribbons in case you want to fill this with money, which would be cute if the hat edges were crisp.
