The best customer service I've ever had ! At first the cassette I received had a problem with the sound, because when I wanted to listen to the music with earphones, the sound went through the earphones and the speaker at the same time, but as soon as I contacted their customer service (it's written on the little paper they gave with the instructions) (Gracisio Customer Service), they answered me and gave me an exceptional customer service. I spoke with a very nice person from their customer service named Ivy who responded me very quickly and was very empathetic. She prepared a replacement as soon as she saw my email and I received a new one for free in 1 or 2 days ! I am really satisfied with the new cassette player they sent me who works perfectly ! Now when I put hearphones on the cassette player we don't hear anything on the speaker and the sound is very good ! There is also an SD card to put music on the cassette player and a charger (no batteries needed). The cassette player charges very quickly and you can listen to music for hours. I am 100% satisfied and if I could give more stars I would. I recommend this cassette player and I will not be afraid to buy one of their products again because I know they have a reliable service and they are here to answer you 24/7. This tape player seems reasonable quality and the MP3 files produced are fine. However, there is one weakness to this machine: the tapes are inserted into the door and the door is then closed, positioning the cassette in line with the recording/playback tape heads. It works ok, but if your cassette tape is even a little loose, the tape can easily get caught up in the transport mechanism instead of winding the tape forward. I destroyed two valuable cassettes in a row and this was very disappointing. Also, because the door only opens a little, you cannot even reach the transport wheels and it is very difficult to remove your tape that is caught up in the mechanism.

I now take extraordinary measures to ensure the tape is "tight" on both wheels before placing the cassette in the device. However, despite this caveat, I do think that this tape player is of good quality and the MP3 files it created were of good quality as well. Also, this design that incorporating a mini SD card (included) is excellent since you can make your recordings anywhere and anytime -- and transfer them to your computer when convenient.

A fantastic product and great customer service. My wife has hundreds of old audio plays some recorded from radio and some no longer available and we are digitising them and dropping onto her iPod. The beauty is she can walk around recording and checking the tapes rather than sitting for hours on end with a fixed audio link to a mac. J'ai retrouvé de vielles cassettes audio de repas de famille enregistrés par mes parents et quel bonheur d'avoir pu non seulement les écouter mais les retranscrire en fichier audio sur la carte mémoire et ensuite mis sur mon téléphone et mon ordinateur.
Très facile d'utilisation, il suffit de mettre la cassette audio et d'appuyer sur un bouton pour que le sont s'enregistre sur la carte mémoire.
Vous mettez la carte mémoire dans la petite clée USB (fourni) et ensuite sur l'ordinateur et vous récupérer tous vos fichiers audio en mp3 !
Le son est excellent et c'est bien là qu'on l'attend et le nec plus ultra c'est la batterie rechargeable (plus de pile !)
Ce que je pourrais reprocher c'est l'ouverture du couvercle pour insérer la cassette qui n'est pas des plus pratique.
Evidemment c'est du plastique, il faut donc être délicat avec les touches (à voir avec le temps...).

Gekauft um meine alten Kassetten und Mix-Tapes zu digitalisieren. Das Ergebnis bzw. Qualität ist erstaunlich sehr gut.
Zum Lieferumfang gehört auch eine 16 GB Microdisk sowie ein Microdisk-USB- Adapter + USB-C-Kabel.
Man kann also direkt loslegen. Der integrierte Lautsprecher ist nicht so toll aber was erwartet man von so einem kompakten Gerät und zu diesem Preis. Durch die Audio-Out Buchse können hochwertigere Lautsprecher oder Kopfhörer angeschlossen werden. Kauf durchaus nicht bereut.
