    Après 3 mois la pompe ne réchauffait plus l’eau. Comme nous étions en septembre, j’ai pensé que la température était trop fraîche. Nous avons donc remisé le spa. Au moment de le repartir la semaine passée, même constat, pas d’eau chaude qui sort et en vérifiant avec un électricien, il confirme que la pompe ne fonctionne plus . C’est inacceptable après trois mois d’utilisation et en regardant les commentaires, je vois que nous ne sommes pas les seuls J’ai écrit au vendeur aucun retour.

    This product is not adequate for Canada weather, not even in summer and lost 15 to 20 degrees during night time wich the heater is encapable to restore during day time. It will work in the tropic with temperature fluctuate from 40-24 all year long. I am returning this hot tube

    This hot tub only lasted 6 months and it stopped heating up after that only up tp 80 degrees and then 72 . It stopped before i was done paying for it so of course it was to late to return it .

    It’s been over a week and I have not been able to use the hot tub. the company has not been answering. The heater doesn’t work which is crazy for something close to 700$ I even offered to send the heater back and sent a. Video of it not working and asked to get a new one and they just keep putting me off saying they’ll email me in 3-5 days and now it’s been over a week. Money wasted!

    Received hot tub June 1st. and just put it together three days ago. Finally the water got up to 104 degrees and I noticed the sides of the tub was starting to get soft. So I tried to pump it up and noticed it wasn't working. I heard a hiss sound and where there was a packing crease. This was very depressing. I have been out of state taking care of by brother who has stage 4 cancer with hospice now at his side. If my brother had not been sick this hot tub would of been put together sooner. Very disappointed. I am on a fixed income and this really hurts. I needed this for medical reasons.
