    It is very handy to use, but beware the depth is not great. You couldn't steam a whole potato without cutting it. I am cooking for one, so I find it very handy to steam veggies and such. It is a bit tricky to remove from the microwave without spilling the hot water, but you just have to be careful. Not recommended for kids or seniors with any handling hot item issues. Really easy to clean and use would recommend it with some cautions. Overall very sturdy product and well made.

    Works like a dream with frozen veggies! I got this because I hate boiling veggies and roasting takes too much time. This takes up very little space and you can have perfectly steamed veg in a few minutes.

    Put a few tablespoons of water in the bottom part and frozen veggies on the screen part, salt and pepper, and microwave on high for 3 minutes and it's perfect! Works amazing with frozen string beans and frozen broccoli.
