Based on the local legends and stories of people who've visited the real-life abandoned hospital, Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum follows the crew of a horror web show who plan to stream live from inside the asylum. - Reviewed in Canada on May 16, 2019Verified PurchaseLet me start by saying that foreign horror movies are killing it lately!!!! Gonjiam Haunted Asylum is a hell of a ride from start to finish, it’s basically a “Horror Squad” live steaming from inside the famous Asylum. A group of 4 fans join the 3 members of the Horror Squad for a live stream at the Asylum. At first it’s apparent and told that the team set up some scares so they get the views on their live stream which equals a lot of money for them BUT pretty quickly things start happening that nobody can take the credit for. When the scares start coming it gets pretty intense, there were some scenes where I legit forgot to breath. For the price as well it’s WAY more then worth it!
- Reviewed in Canada on November 2, 2020Verified PurchaseO.M.G. it's really scary!!! If it's real, it's a shame what happened to those people!!! Alot of bad things happened in those hospitals!!! Alot of evil!!!! I personally would never go in those kind of places!!! There is evil left behind in those places!!! Glad I watched it in the daylight!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Asylum Encounters
Woher kommt also der benötigte Strom?
Found Footage "The Blair Witch Project" mögen.

5.0 out of 5 stars Experience the horror
Verified PurchaseBeen after this movie for nearly a year. I love my Korean Horror's, they have there own style that I like. The English release is either hard to find, out-of-print are pricey when you do find one. I then discovered the US edition had been released 7 years previous and was now cheap, however reviews elsewhere stated it was Region A (locked). Then I read a review here that stated it worked in the UK (thanks), so I bought it and guess what it does work here, so it supports Region B as well. The included DVD works here too (so that supports Region 2 as well). Picture Quality is excellent. Very Happy.
