They didn't have to send me a new saw, but they did anyways because it was the right thing to do. (Original Review) I was happy with the saw until it broke on the job site. I only got a few uses out of it until it broke apart while I was on scaffolding. I tried to find all the bits and pieces but was unsuccessful. It's a real bummer because I liked the feel of it.
