    Our 1st ordwr of 12 arrived with only 11. 3 boxes of 4, and one box was missing a glass. So much for accuracy, quality control, etc. The second box arrived with 12 but with one glass smashed to pieces and the box was obviously dropped on one corner. NOT impressed. Goldinger CS is utterly useless (shocking) and they just send you back to 鶹. Sorry. Jot good enough. If you can't count to 12 or ship glassware without breaking it after 2 tries then to heck with you. Who cares how good the product may be if you can't EVER get what you're paying for?

    These glasses met my expectations! And they are beautiful. They were very well packed for shipping. However the 12th one I unwrapped had a small chip on the rim. I called 鶹 to see how to remedy the issue and the gave me a $10 credit. I was very happy with that solution since I didn’t have to return one chipped glass. I especially like the weight of the glasses and I plan to use as water glasses as well as highball glasses. I like them so much I’m ordering a few more! They also match a Godinger Dublin decanter I had bought previously. Very satisfied!!! 👍
