I love this brand of quinoa and enjoy it in many recipes. I had to try several different brands of quinoa before deciding on this one. It cooks well and has a nice texture and flavour. I have used it in stuffed peppers, quinoa salad with black beans, cilantro, chopped tomatoes, avocado and a delicious dressing. I found the recipe online. I often cook it with plain water or broth depending on the recipe. I highly recommend this brand of quinoa however with that being said, everyone is different; we all have different palates so you need to experiment a little to find out which brand you prefer. Other than that, I highly recommend this quinoa.
