I loved so much I bought 4 copies, I want anyone who has an issue with sugar addiction or feeling fatigue, brain fog, migraines, heartburn, joint pain, you name it...I have felt sick last 3 years..just turned 60,my body was falling apart, never smoked, rarely drink, never took drugs, and am not on any prescription drugs...yet could barely walk or think...unwell all the time...after 1 day of following hacks I felt 50% better, now 6 weeks...no naps...no tums, or gaviscon, No sugar, started back to Yoga, want to see friends, no knee pain, or migraines....my mood is happiness...can handle stress better, wish I knew these simple hacks 30 years ago..This woman saved my life...I am losing weight, no exercise except walking in the house, and am eating 3 huge meals a day, more than I have ever eaten...I want to thank the Author but she is only on IG....I am not...best money I have ever spent...
