    This has a lot of ingredients that help your body process blood sugars. Not sure about the mulberry leaf extract but the rest of the ingredients seem like a good choice.

    I have a family history of diabetes, so I'm taking pains to monitor my glucose and health to prevent developing it.

    It also contains antioxidants. You should be careful to get antioxidants from several different sources, but they can be helpful for slowing aging

    Ive seen no negative effects so far. Im already keeping an eye on my blood sugar so its kind of hard to tell how effective exactly a supplement since im already in a good place, but thats how you stay good, by keeping up the supplements.

    Im not familiar with this company but it is made in Canada and Canadian certified so thats reassuring.
