    If you ever look at the bottles of omeg-3 supplement capsules you can buy, you'll often see that the EPA/DHA levels are ridiculously low. Sometimes it may only be 10% of the total. When I saw this liquid, my eyes bulged when I saw the EPA/DHA levels. I never thought I would be able to get an omage-3 with this high a percentage of EPA/DHA.

    While it isn't cheap, if you compare the levels of EPA/DHA that you are getting to the price, you will find that it is actually quite reasonable. It's easily three times more potent than even the best capsule, and I'm being conservative. Do your own research and see.

    As for the taste, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected some kind of castor oil kind of thick oily substance that I would have to gag down. Instead, it's a very light oil, with a hint of orange. My advice is to use a medication syringe to measure the dose. Given the potency, it's best to be accurate. Also, a syringe will allow you to 'shoot' the oil to the back of the mouth, so that it gets swallowed and doesn't coat the mouth too much.

    In the end, I was very pleased with this purchase, and plan to purchase it regularly.
