Those stainless stain mesh roller has a good holding capacity. The two are slightly different in size, making it easier for storage. But for each of the mesh tube it's got a lot of space inside to house food. Works great grilling food that are in chunks for more even heating. The wooden handles are easy to screw on and remove, again great for storage. The hook and the fork can use some improvement. The forks are a bit small and thin, the hook is designed to open the latch doors but the locking mechanism on the door depends on friction. No cleaning tools included, but should be easy to hand clean as the opening is big.
