Is the sensor waterproof?

The transmitter is IPX44 water-resistant, please do not place it in the open air. It can be placed on the outdoor eaves or in a sheltered place on the transmitter. Do not let the transmitter come into direct contact with rainwater.
How long does the weather clock take to learn and calibrate when you use it for the first time?

It usually takes 7-10 days to calibrate.

If it is moved from one environment to another (such as bringing the sensor from outside to inside in winter), a calibration time of several hours may be required.
Why the transmitter signal is not received on the main unit all the time?

Please reconnect, it is better to reload the batteries of the main unit first, then put the signal of each transmitter in turn.

Safety Information

1. The main unit and the remote sensor must be within 60m/200ft of each other. 2. Make sure both units are placed at least 1m/3ft away from electronics that may interfere with the wireless communication (such as TV, microwave, computer, radio, etc). 3. Do not use heavy-duty or rechargeable batteries. The outdoor sensor requires lithium batteries in low-temperature conditions. Cold temperatures would cause alkaline batteries to work improperly. 4. Do not mix old and new batteries. 5. Make sure there's no water or other liquid in the sensor.

We really like the fact that we can take one look at it and see what the time, date, temperature, humidity levels are, I also like knowing the moon phases and barometre.

The units connected well
Took me a while to figure out that after you set the day and the month (by pressing the mode button until the numbers flash and then using the up or down buttons to get to the correct number, then pressing mode to set the change), the display lets you set up the year (and the year is automatically set to 2019, so you have to press UP to get to 2023). The name of the weekday and the moon will set automatically.
A little difficult to figure out in the beginning, but easy once you figure it out.
Seems accurate. Wish it would record min/max temps.
Having the screen lit seems a bit of an energy sucker. The button to lower the back lighting or to turn the screen off completely is on the top middle, which is fiddly. Would be better in front.

Fixed the outdoor sensor. You can not have your sensor located around any other equipment or things that send signals. Can not have it inbetween a metal wall and your weather station. Lots of different things effect the signal. I kept losing the signal on the station and I moved the sensor out front of my house with no signal obstructions and I have not had a problem for a week now. Report the issue to Geevon and they helped me through the issue. Customer service 100% 5 star

I purchased this as I thought it would display the info better. The indoor temp side only the top half of the numbers light up. Disappointed with the quality of this item. Bonjour, à qui de droit.
J'ai reçu cette station météo de Geevon en cadeau la première fois en 2022.
Très satisfait, J'en ai racheté une deuxième un mois plus tard.
J'ai racheté celle-ci récemment que j'ai reçu hier.
Je trouvais intéressant d'avoir 3 prises de lecture de température que je pouvais prendre
à 3 endroits différents de mon domicile.
Le Problème, c'est que Mes 2 stations de 2022 ne peuvent lire le capteur du modèle que je vient de recevoir, et que ma nouvelle station ne peut lire les capteurs des 2 modèles 2022.
Suite à plusieurs essais infructueux, on a fait des recherches pour finir par comprendre que nos 2 modèles 2022 sont des ''IP23'' et leurs capteurs semblent être des ''TX10'', alors que celui reçu hier est un modèle
''IP44'' et sont capteur est du modèle ''TX19-1''.
Pour racheter la troisième, je l'ai trouver dans mes historiques d'achats 2022, pour rouvrir la page de l'article et ne pas voir que la seule différance avec le modèle 2022 était la date en bas au centre qui était
d'un désigne différent.
Nulle part sur l'annonce ainsi que celles des autres vendeurs, il est spécifié que c'est un modèle IP44 qui
remplace le modèle IP23 et que le capteur TX19-1 du modèle IP44 et de l'ancien modèle (semble être TX10) ne sont pas compatible.
(Le pus étrange c'est que sur la boite de l'ancien model et sur celle reçu hier c'est le même numéro qu'il y
a d'écrit '' Geevon Model W208665.'')
J'ai racheté cette station dans le but de combiner les 3 ensembles pour pouvoir voir 3 lectures de 3 endroits différents.

Que pouvez-vous faire pour moi ?
- Existe-t-il une solution pour combiner les trois ensembles stations et capteurs ?
- Échanger ma station avec son capteur pour le modèle antérieur IP23 afin de combiner les 3 stations ou
si le modèle est discontinué, le reprendre pour remboursement et j'achèterai un model à un seul capteur
plus simple et moins dispendieux pour prendre la lecture séparément ?

Sachez que j'étais très satisfait de mes deux précédentes stations et que je serais ravi que nous pourrions avoir une solution pour combiner les 3 ensembles.

Merci de bien prendre le temp de lire ma requête et de bien vouloir me rappeler afin de m'aider à régler ce problème.

J'ai finalement reçu une réponse (en Anglais) qui semble avoir été formulé automatiquement par un robot avec les mots d'usages disant: '' Désolé pour les inconvénients ... bla bla bla ... Veillez nous envoyé photos et vidéos afin de vous aider etc. Vous pouvez le retourner et nous rembourseront. etc. ''

Mon problème est que le message que je leurs ai envoyé (Similaire à mon avis) était amplement explicite
et était suffisamment détaillé pour qu'il soit nécessaire de rajouter photos et vidéos.
Mon but était d'avoir de l'aide afin de jumeler l'ancien model de station avec le nouveau model ainsi que les capteurs. Et non d'être remboursé.
Je déplore simplement le manque d'effort donné pour résoudre le problème, de prendre le temp de traduire et me répondre en Français (je doit utiliser Google Traduction puisque je ne suis pas bilingue),
et ne se résoudre tout simplement à m'offrir le remboursement.

J'ai finalement donné la nouvelle station en cadeau et achèterai peut-être juste le capteur TX10 qui semble bien fonctionné avec l'ancien model.
Je garde les 3 étoiles puisque le produit fonctionne très bien mais il semble qu'aucun vendeur ne s'est aperçu que le nouveau modèle W208665 de 2023 (IP44) remplaçant l'ancien modèle W208665 antérieur (IP23) ne sont pas compatible, ou ils ne se sont tout simplement pas donné la peine de le préciser dans leurs annonces.
Résultat : Perte de temps et d'argent inutilement. N'achetez pas ce produit si c'est dans l'intention de le jumeler Stations + Capteurs avec le modèle antérieur.

Je déplore que ce soit le client qui doit l'annoncer au lieu des vendeurs qui le précisent dans leurs annonces. :-(
