    After completing the installation, I turned on the water and, immediately the silver pressure relief valve popped out. When I tried screw it back in, I realized it was stripped from the start. I then had to uninstall and send it back. A waste of money and time.

    Be cautious. Recommend housing with a push button relief valve!
    Good price. Seems like decent quality at first. Reading other reviews, it was noted the 4 mounting holes for the bracket seem too small(housings cracking after installing 4 screws) So I drilled them out to 1/8 inch. Screws went in perfect. Bought filters. Installed it with same brand uv light. Turned on water. No leaks! Yay! A month later...checking to see if filter needs changing(house not being lived in, on the market). Seen cellar floor damp, and relief valve is leaking. Gave it a 1/8 turn...seems like it's stripped! Since the housing is all plastic, screwing in metal fasteners is not a good idea. A relief button wood be much better. Of course it's 1 day past return window! If it wasn't for the relief screw leaking...would be 5stars.
    Things like this, you NEED it to last DECADES,not weeks!

    I'll but a whole different brand this time.

    As a plumber by trade this was easy for me to fit, it is very good, I got the 5 micron filters and the flow rate and pressure remains very good. But a word of warning, the connections are not BSP, they are NPT, National Pipe Thread, which is American, you can get adapters but they are expensive, so on a standard male iron to copper connector I used an “O” ring and plenty of PTFE tape works well. The filters are ok on drinking water and do not affect any taste.
