    This is the exact same board that was in my hot tub that blew. I ordered this one as a cheaper replacement. Instructions were vague but tried customer support. They tried as well to help me out, that didn't work either. I ended up sending the pack back and buying the more expensive pack from the hot tub dealer and getting them to program it. Oh well, read and listen to the reviews, they all pretty much say the same thing.

    Bought the unit to replace an old one that failed. Exact replacement. Old unit was on a used tub, unknown exact age but worked for years. Got the new one in April of 2023. If fail in November, contacted the seller. Sent it back for warranty, unit was defective and had a new one about 6 weeks after first one failed. Delay was not on the shipper but the manufacturer as they had to inspect the unit.

    good communication from seller. Unfortunate unit failed but they honoured the warranty. 4 stars for the product as it failed. But 5 stars for the seller.

    The product was as ordered and shipped as described. My only advice is make sure you ID # matches the one you order. My existing unit is ID0602 221015 and I ordered this one which is ID0602 221063. Which means that I can use the blower but lose my oxigintor and stereo outputs as this one isn't set up for that. This is no fault of the sellers just my error as I didn't know that it mattered.
