Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older: Chew one or two tablets as needed after meals and at bedtime. Children under 12 years: Use only on the advice and under the supervision of a physician. Do no exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Do not increase dosage unless recommended by your physician.

    I love these little pink tablets, they are really effective and give quick and long last relief from gas. Plus they don't put cellulose gum in them as some others do which is a big plus. Cellulose gum can actually give you gas. I'll stick with this brand every time.
