    Sound quality is great along with comfort. No disappointments with the battery life, usually around 8-10 hours accumulated time. Charging from zero to full does take some time.

    There are two aspects I'm not happy with and consumers should be aware of:
    There is a temporary disconnect of audio 50% of the time within the first 5-10 mins of turning on. Lasts only a few seconds but inconvenient none-the-less.
    The second is the charging station. It drives me nuts. Very particular about position and if not placed exactly right, the battery will completely drain. Makes for a very unpleasant experience when sitting down to game or whatever for a couple hours.

    Thought I'd give 鶹 renewed products a try and this is the first and last time I'll get something refurbished, that's Nothing against 鶹 as I love 鶹.ca, but was a bit disappointed to find that the headsets right ear speaker would scratch whenever it tried to process a louder noise, should've been tested and approved before being resealed into its box, the rest of the headset was beautiful, charged fully, surround sound (except for the scratching if it got loud) felt great on my head and never cut out during the small amount of use I got out of them, I am returning the headwet and instead will by the headset brand new from the Astro gaming selling page on amazon, luckily brand new headset non refurbished will be better

    the microphone doesn't work. i have tried to update the firmware on headset and basestation, and tried the headset on both the PS4 and PC and still nothing. will re-order and see if the next one works. if the next one has any defects, i will have lost all confidence in renewed/refurbished items from 鶹.

    Nie wieder über 鶹 Elektrogeräte kaufen. Ihr habt von 鶹 aus nur 1 Jahr Garantie, sofern man es nicht von 鶹 direkt kauft sondern über einen derer Marktplatz Händler.

    Meins ist nach 1 1/2 jahren kaputtgegangen und 鶹 kann nichts machen und der Händler von diesem Shop macht erst recht nichts. So eine verarsche!

    Matériaux de qualité et sensation de solidité.
    Design très massif, relativement sobre dans cette version PC-PS4. Confortable même en longue session (+4h) avec des points de pression bien répartis.
    Son excellent, le 7.1 est de très bonne qualité et permet une bonne spatialisation des sons en jeu.
    L'ergonomie est très bonne, toutes les commandes sont intuitives.
    L'autonomie semble plus faible que prévu mais c'est sans importance puisque la base recharge le casque.
    Les retours sur le micro sont bons (pas testé d'enregistrement de mon propre son)
    Le logiciel est très complet, parfois un peu compliqué à comprendre mais rien d'insurmontable
    Pas senti de latence en jeu
    Je retire toutefois 2 étoiles pour cause de microcoupures (1-2s) qui interviennent de temps à autre ( parfois rien pendant +2h) mais qui sont inacceptables pour un casque de ce prix. Problème remonté par bcp d'utilisateurs sur les forums

    So im not going to lie, I didnt read any reviews before buying this product like I usually do. I realized i read nothing while they were on their way and I was terrified after reading. But I absolutely love this headset! The settings, the sound quality, and the battery life are amazing! I dont know if maybe its a luck thing, but I hit 21 cause they were basically brand new 😁 they are incredibly comfortable and the bounceback to hear myself talk is perfect 👌 and the stuff this thing can do I love it! I place it down it shuts itself off until I pick it up again and theres a spot on the charger dock that tells you where the battery is im in love 🤣 the only thing bad i could say, is the box was a little scratched up. But its the box so thats reasonable with transporting. What matters is the product!
