It is not possible to objectively evaluate the benefits or the efficacy of supplements through ordinary home use; so, I will not get into this product's effectiveness, but you can search the Internet for the benefits of the ingredients of this product in general.

It comes in the form of capsules that I found to be easy to swallow. You can see a size comparison in the photo with a capsule of this product on the left and a One-A-Day tablet on the right. The capsules are about the same size as the One-A-Day tablets, but slightly longer. The capsule forms are usually much easier to swallow than tablet forms. It does not have any smells or aftertaste during use; however, there is a very subtle smell inside the bottle if you specifically smell to check. The smell is not unpleasant, it is rather similar to spice.

The label on the bottle indicates that it was manufactured in Canada. It also has an NPN number (Natural Product Number) that can be used to confirm that it was licensed in December 2023. It shows that the license holder is MINATURALS NUTRITION INC.

The list of medicinal ingredients in the license indicates a single ingredient, Curcuminoids. Cautions and Warnings in the NPN product information page are as follows:
"Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I tried supplementing these into my daily routine as I am on my feet a lot for running and working as a nurse. I always have some minor soreness in my feet and ankles and thought this may have helped with it for its anti-inflammatory properties. It is great to see that it has worked for others but I cannot say the same with this product for me. It was easy to swallow and did not have any after taste.

This bottle has 120 capsules. The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 pills a day. At the time of writing this review, the retail price is $34.97 CND, therefore it's .29 cents Canadian a pill. That's a very reasonable price in my opinion.

The pills are easy to swallow. They have a herbaceous smell. If you pick the pills up with your bare fingers, they will stain them. This is very normal for turmeric and almost unavoidable.

The bottle I received has an expiry date of January 2026. That's plenty of time to finish the bottle without it expiring. I will finish this bottle and will likely purchase another bottle due to the price and the amount of pills in the bottle. Recommended.
