**DO NOT BUY** Not only is this thing a piece of garbage... It's DANGEROUS! I haven't even used it once! Charged it and tried to unplug the cable it came with for charging and the whole thing came out. Looked at the screws and you could see it was poorly built. Leaving the positive and negative connections exposed!!! If water to get on this you could seriously shock yourself. Please do not buy this product.

    i bought this last year, just used it once, the pressure was not really 100 psi like in the videos but it worked well to help me put nutrients on my lawn. this year i needed to do the same exercise and came to know the battery is not charging.. already contacted customer service but no response i hope they get back to me at some point.
    Update: customer support called me today and after some diagnostic they offered me a replacement. super happy with their replacement policy.

    I had a few issues, received the battery pack damaged, as well as it leaks from spray wand joint and lid. Other than that, it works well, battery takes around 8 hours to fully charge, the charge last for quite a long time. Comes with numerous attachments, and has a very good spray distance.
    Now about the customer service: Excellent!! They were quick to respond and sent me a new replacement. When I called customer service I didn't leave a message, but they promptly called back. This company truly stand behind their product and care for their customers satisfaction! I would definitely recommend buying from them!

    At carefully researching for a battery operated large capacity sprayer I came across this one there were good and that’s so good reviews, but I made the purchase a few days later. It arrived, and it was impressive looking. It looked very well-made and look like it would help me with my large property, which was 2 acres I follow the directions perfectly charging the battery for over five hours until the little green light came on the transformer then I went for the procedure of filling up a water and going through it one cycle after a few minutes, the pump started making a knocking type sound, so I looked inside where the screen was above the motor And everything looked fine, emptied out, filled up of water again, and it still made a noise contacted the seller immediately and within a few hours after a few back-and-forth emails she decided to send me a replacement a few days later the replacement came do the same thing charged the battery fully about 5 to 6 hours full of water going to food cycles and it ran perfectly. The adjustment for the pressure worked 100% which I was impressed. I filled it up with the chemical to kill the weeds. I mixed it with the water with the tank has different markings on it from 1234 gallons and started using it one thing 4 gallons of water on your back. It’s heavy lol this machine has been used seven times with 4 gallons of liquid in it and never once gave me any issues it comes with many different nozzles which every application it covers From doing small areas or large areas. I have to say I will definitely pack this product and say you’re making a smart move when you purchased this product and not another thing the seller backs it 100% no questions asked and that’s reassuring when you’re purchasing things today that you’re dealing with a company that cares about the customer and making sure you’re 100% satisfied so again I recommend the product and the seller. You’re getting a great quality machine that’s probably gonna last you a lifetime just maintain it and do the cleaning properly and you should have no issues.

It would not take a charge...nothing...no lights just plain NOTHING! i had thrown away the packaging so I figured I was screwed. On a whim, I called Customer Service, and the lady I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. She said they would send a new one as soon as stocks were replenished....Lo and behold, I get an email stating a new unit is on the way and I didn't have to return the old unit! This is REAL customer service....buy with total confidence!! : )

    Have not yet used this sprayer, although I'm excited to do so. I've been under the weather and only today assembled it, so that's what I'll speak to. The instructions were very minimal. It would have been nice to be a little more explanatory but I think I managed, although it probably took me longer than necessary. It feels like a substantial unit. The instructions did say not to remove the filter basket to protect the pump from debris. What they didn't tell you is that perhaps you should vacuum out the tank before filling. When I was looking for the handle, the only thing stored inside the tank, I discovered a lot of plastic shavings inside. The instructions said not to turn the tank upside down so I vacuumed the shavings. I did use the teflon tape which was included, although there were no instructions to do so. I'm being proactive in using it. It appears there are actually two separate telescoping wands. Again, the instructions are unclear. While assembling I attempted to put the two wands together thinking it was one in 2 pieces, and couldn't. I looked at them more closely and decided there were two wands (lances) so you are actually able to have two different tips loaded on a lance ready to change out if the need arises. Not sure it was necessary since changing the tip only would achieve the same result as changing the lance, but it might be kinda nice. The straps were a bit of a challenge to adjust if you don't have much fingernail for gripping and/or weak hands. Fortunately I had a hemostat which helped me with the threading of the straps. The straps ended up being excessively long for me. However I view that as a positive as I plan on tying the straps around my waist since a waist strap for stabilizing and more support doesn't appear to be specifically part of this unit. Took one star for the minimal instructions and the debris, but don't anticipate a problem once I'm able to put it to use. Thank you, RM.

    This backpack sprayer meet all my expectations. No leaks so far. Battery life is great used it four or five times on the charge it came with. Only issue was with the clips slipping off one side of the sprayer. Easy fix just put some tape on the inside of the cilp to hold it tighter onto the bottom of the sprayer. Very happy so far.
