    I think my side-by-side pic speaks for itself! The before was taken last month. In both pics, I had freshly brushed teeth and hadn’t eaten anything before these pics—although on the Day 5 pic, I had eaten pizza before I brushed my teeth since I was meeting a friend. Both pics were taken on the same camera with flash in similarly lit rooms. And yet there’s a noticeable difference!

    I’m currently on Day 7. It’s hard for me to discern the level of whiteness my teeth are at using the comparison card they give you, but I think I’ve definitely managed to whiten my teeth by two or three levels. When I look in the mirror, I think I can see a change, but the level of whiteness fluctuates based on the lighting I’m in.

    Regarding any sensitivity and whatnot, I haven’t noticed any! I’ve steered clear of coffee and other sugary beverages as well as candies so this might be helping. I do admit I have had fillings and whatnot, but I don’t believe these are on any teeth that can be seen when I smile and thus are not touched by the strip upon application.

    I only use these strips at night before bed. I use the Professional Strips for ~1 hour and the Express Strips 30-45 minutes. I brush 30 minutes before, dry my teeth, apply the strips for the appropriate duration, and then I do a quick water rinse to get rid of the excess gel stuff left behind on my teeth after peeling. You’ll see white spots left behind, but they do go away!

    I don’t think you’ll achieve the pure white look without professional help, but I think you can certainly get a few shades whiter!
