- Reviewed in Canada on January 14, 2019Verified PurchasePerfect for adding accents, recolouring swords, the eyes of the gundams, the sights of the guns. Will get again when I need more.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 7, 2018Verified PurchaseThis is not the replacement for any spray paint, or even good quality brush paint. But for touch up it will do the job nicely, some colors are a bit hard to mix right (like blue and red), and initially will come out really dark. After shaking it for a considerable time the color will come out correctly, and it will give that car paint feel when done.
Is best used for a small area, as for larger surface the paint will run, and will leave that smudged look afterwards.

- Reviewed in Canada on November 14, 2019Verified PurchaseNice markers, really useful for effects
- Reviewed in Canada on January 16, 2017I was expecting a felt, or almost a brush tip. It's actually stiff plastic. Its a bit tough to work with because of that. I've found bleeding a bit of the paint from the pen, thinning it out a little, and applying it with a brush much easier. The included felt tip is kind of useless for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars Product Received in Excellent Condition
Verified PurchaseThis review is more about the seller than the product. The markers themselves were as expected, a great product. The care and effort the seller put into arranging the shipment is however, to be commended. The package arrived with an incredible amount of customs documentation still attached, and it was evident that a lot of care and attention was put into the packaging of the markers. Definitely the right attitude to take, and I thus highly recommend this seller.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tr¨¨s bon produit

5.0 out of 5 stars Consigliato per neofiti dei Gunpla
Verified PurchaseConsigliato per neofiti dei Gunpla. Perfetti per ritocchi e colorare parti non esageratamente senza addentrarsi nel mondo del pennello ed aerografo. Prodotto come da descrizione.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple to use and will really make your models pop
Verified PurchaseAll you need to use these is a steady enough hand and some q-tips, toothpicks and rubbing alcohol, if you paint outside of the desired area by mistake simply rub it away with a qtip with a light drop of alcohol on it this technique is invaluable for areas like sensors and thrusters where you're very likely to paint the rim by mistake. For small areas you can rub some of the paint onto the tip of a toothpick to reach them. The green in this set is a dead on match for the green foil sticker that is heavily used in the world of Gunpla so it's a godsend for anyone who dreads placing them, the red looked a bit too pink when I first used it but the times after that produced just the perfect shade of metallic red and it looks stunning on the thrusters of my Gundam MK II, the gold is gorgeous and works great for painting in the crotch Vs that are common on UC federation mobile suits like the RX-78 and Jegan and my tip for is that to very carefully run the marker tip over only the sculpted V and use then use a toothpick dipped lightly in alcohol to carefully clean up any mistakes you might make in the end you'll find this much easier to do than dealing with the nightmare that is the yellow V sticker. The silver is more of a gray and not very shiny but will still do wonders to the dull gray used on bladed weapons and mechanical details. The panel lining marker certainly gets the job and is as simple to use as the other markers, run it over the detail you want to panel line then run a q-tip over it to clean up excess, once you do this to bring out the details on a Gundam head you'll be hooked on panel lining. With a bit of time and effort you'll have your gunpla looking better than many pre-painted action figures on the market.
As other reviewers have mentioned not only should you take each marker around 50 times and press the tip down on a firm surface before using them for the first time you should also shake them about 30 times to get the best possible results, in the tip seems to dry press it down on a firm surface to get it wet again, also holding the tip pressed down will drain a bit of the paint out handy when you want to use a toothpick or brush. Another thing to keep in mind is to not to get stressed over mistakes as even a week after painting it can be removed with a steady rubbing of alcohol.
