    This review is more for the retailer: SpeedyHome. The unit itself is pretty quiet and does what is supposed to do: cools and dehumidifies. Cannot comment on reliability, as it is still new. If you need effective dehumidification, I cannot stress the importance of sizing the unit properly and not oversize it. There are many articles on the net about that.
    SpeedyHome is a real Goodman dealer. Good price and timely delivery directly from, Goodman warehouse.. They contacted me after I placed the order, and helped me to properly size the unit. They also helped me replace the standard A-coil with a larger one necessary for my furnace. This is in my books great communication and customer support.
    I bought the full system: Compressor unit, A-coil and copper pipes. After that I hired a licensed technician to finish the installation: bend and weld the pipes, and vacuum and charge the unit. I then registered it with Goodman and got the full warranty.

    The AC was delivered in 3 days, I was amazed. The A coil is well built, comparing with my old one.
    I have a remark regarding one of the bullets from presentation: "This comes with a 10-year parts limited warranty provided if is installed by a qualified installer and registered online."
    I registered the unit online, but I was not asked for a proof that was installed by a qualified installer, I was asked for dealer's name, so I just gave the Speedy Home name and tel. number and the register was accepted. Is that meaning that I still have the 10 year warranty?

    I can’t say enough about how proactive and thorough these guys are. They immediately texted me after I ordered to communicate shipping details and checked in to confirm date & time of delivery, once delivered and again checked in on install timing so they could coordinate warranty registration.     I decided to purchase my own unit instead of going through a local hvac company. This Goodman unit is a large purchase I am not regretting at all! Shipping was easy and it shows up to my garage where I wanted it! It showed up in great shape and after it was installed my house has never been cooler! Hopefully it will last the 20 years the last Goodman did for this house!
