The tools that were included, can not only be used to remove the retainers, but also the panels themselves. The nylon plastic makes them safe to use on the vehicle without risking damage that can occur with other tools. If missing carpet and panel retainer clips bothers you as much as it does me and want to fix your problem I would highly recommend one of these universal kits. They are just as rigid and durable as OEM clips, and appearance is very similar as well. Normally I wouldn’t give something like this 5 stars, but I have already used three different size retainers, and multiples of them, and I am pretty sure I will use more in the future. So based on usability and frequency of use, giving it only 4 stars didn’t feel like it was doing it right.

    ** = Product functions correctly, but lack positive attributes. Will likely be replaced, return if possible. I would not recommend it.
