    The small lens with with decent magnifying needs to be pushed so close to the item to see it clearly, so it's not possible to even put small tweezers in-between. The big lens is not mainfying enough. There's a strong smell of burning plastic if used with backlight for more than 5-10 min, included usb cable broke right away, had to solder a new one myself. Not recommended.

    The glass on this is pretty good. Magnification and the brightness is also good. However, it can be too bright for many people and there is no adjustment for brightness. Ideally, there should be a switch where alternate LEDs light up. The yellow/orange LEDs work somewhat like a dimmer but not very well. If too much brightness doesn't bother you, it is a great magnifying glass. I am putting a translucent plastic around the lens over the LEDs to subdue the brightness.
