We purchased this charging station and it seemed to have issues charging the controllers. We contacted the customer service team and they sent us many options to fix. We were able to get them charging again, but sometimes the light is not turning orange to show low power. We are hoping to clean the connectors again so that this might solve the problem. We give 5 stars because we know the will fix any issues.
It is a really convenient charging station, and very nice quality. I would give the customer service 5+ stars for their quick reply and excellent troubleshooting options!
