Received my “new” ratchets with the box completely cut open from the back. You could also see the previous purchasers finger prints all over them. Not so much an issue with the ratchets themself as they look to be nice quality but I bought NEW ratchets for full price.. not an open box item. Not super happy about this.

    Good ratchets for the price lasted 5plus years of moderate use as a large landscaping company mechanic the 1/4 ratchet lost the end of the rubber handle then the 3/4 was abused and broke off teeth internally but cleaned up the innards and will still work just fine as a general shop set just reordered the set for myself
