A variety of air volume options

Different voltages with different airflow, speed, and noise.You can select the appropriate voltage interface to start the fan.

5V interface: The fan will work at about 40% speed��small airflow, very quiet.

7V interface: The fan will work at about 60% speed��moderate airflow, relatively quiet.

12V interface: The fan will work at about 100% speed, Big airflow.

How to install it?

Step One: Remove the graphics card's case, exposed graphics card heatsink.

(you can pass this step if the graphics card doesn't have a case)

Step Two

Install your graphics partner at the PCI location below the graphics card, Screw it tightly.

Step Three

Find an empty power D-type interface at the line where the power supply is divided, connected to the distribution D-type one-in-four line.

Step Four

Use one of the four-wire voltage interfaces connected to the fan's interface. it will work.

It's tough to pass the deal, so bought 3x of these awesome pci slot fan cooler. They do an awesome job at cooling the ram on x79 and x299 mb's at home and also to move cooler air midway through the motherboard. My only gripe is that, the 3wires 12/g/s wires were all stuffed in the 3 pin connector and the sleeve wire were also too thick to route. The included fans are sleeve bearing and are also quiet. It also includes the 4pin fan connector controller on 3 of the packages, which is what I just needed for the 12v 172x51mm fan I mounted on the other pc from gdstime so it runs nicely at 5v, for maximum tornado effect :)

My gigabytes windforce 2080ti's coil whining made me crazy, tried cleaning fans and oiled them multiple times, still noisy, and I even broke some parts of the gpu fan shroud - nowhere to find a replacement.
I took off the broken fan shroud, put this product besides my GPU with heatsink only, it works quietly,
under high load, the temperature was about 86-87 degree with windforce fans, now it's 85.

I bought this because the fans on my GPU decided to go super wibbly-wobbly. My GPU was now overheating when playing games and shutting down my comp. I dont know how hot they got to trigger shutdown but once i started tracking, i would shut down any intense application when it got above 85 celcius.

Fan came, i installed, now will hit 75 max. So hurrah! But wait

1) this is temporary due to astronomical prices for GPUs nowadays (i have an RX480). Definitely not a permanent solution and unsure how well this will work once summer arrives. Regardless, not the seller/manufacturer's fault just an FYI
2) My delivery did not come with the additional cable. Just the fans and the attached wire. The wire doesnt seem that robust BUT the fans feel heavy duty. Nonetheless, disappointed that the additional cable was not included
3) The attached cable...... Points TOWARDS THE MOBO and is situated near the REARPLATE of the case. This meant i had to tuck it under my GPU and do a bit of awkward positioning to plug it into my mobo.

Having said all that, the thing works and it's pretty cheap so i am thankful that this exists because it allows me some more breathing room while i wait out the supply shortages. Worth the purchase

It does make a difference when on at 100% fan speed.. You can directly plug in the 3 pin connection to your motherboard and control the speed through your bios.. I bought this to bring down the temps on my memory (ddr6). The 3080s run pretty hot.. It helped bring it down from 90 to about 78 degrees.. But I can't stand the noise coming off these fans.. I don't mind fan noise. But it's an annoying high pitch coil whine noise.. Some people might not hear it.. But I do..

Not as quiet as I was hoping, and the unfortunately the lower-voltage connectors on the power adapter do not seem to work - the fans either run on full 12V power, or not at all (though you may get better results if you connect them to a fan controller instead).

That said - I got a very substantial drop in GPU temperatures (about 10 degrees at the same settings), and even at a higher clock speed it actually ends up much quieter overall due to the video card fans not having to run nearly as hard. It fits into the case perfectly, and helps a lot with the overall airflow. So, at this price - definitely worth the purchase!
