    I bought this to play Gamecube games on a compatible Wii (The one with Gamecube controller ports on the top of the console) it works flawlessly and even on some wii games as well.

    ’s a Japanese controller but works perfectly on my North American ntsc console. Solid built quality, cord is plenty long.

    The controller has a rumble motor, no batteries required which is nice. A little small for big adult hands but there is no other oem controllers anyway.

    Overall it’s expensive but it feels solid, plastic is thick and has a nice texture. Joystick and buttons are good as well. I would say the D pad is borderline useless, very small. ’s difficult to use with ease in a tank control type of game.

I had the experience to fix it and it wasn't a difficult or complicated fix, but for someone without the rare screwdriver bit necessary it would be difficult. After I fixed it, I'm very happy with what was sent to me.

    Was a bit skeptical at first for a few reasons. I had never owned a gamecube before but kept hearing about how iffy gamecube controllers can be. They're either the best controller you've ever owned, or straight up don't work. Thankfully, this controller falls into that first category. Once you get the hang of it, which dosent take too long at all, the controller melts into your hands like butter and provides genuinely amazing gaming experience. Wouldn't change a thing, just hope it lasts a long time

    I was a bit skeptical to receive a used controller but it was indeed brand new. I tested it for a while on my wii with zelda four swords and it worked great. Love the “non wobbly” joystick. Feel so good to have a brand new gamecube controller in 2024. Its the “japanese” version so the box is in japanese but the controller is region free, it works on any region system (my wii is north america and it worked). Im considering buying another one immediately just to have a spare brand new controller when ill need it. Now im considering buying a gamecube adapter now to use the controller on my switch for some smash bros ultimate! Buy it!

    2 years after purchase and with constat use I can say that it's one of the best controllers I've had.
    My original GC controller was feeling stiff and with a lot of wear but after buying it it felt better to play with it.
    Feels better than my original controller and is as responsive as the original one.
    Both compatible with GC and switch GC adapter.
