    They are oily on the outside of the capsule. It has an unpleasant smell. The capsule looks black. Easy to swallow because of oily texture on the outside. And they have a bad taste when on the tongue… so I take them with juice or something that cancels out the taste. Haven’t been taking them regularly so I can’t speak to if it makes me feel any different.

    I haven’t noticed a bad taste after a while it has been taken. Not like fish oil capsules where you taste it and “burp up” the horrible taste all day long. :)
