    GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE - This is the THIRD Frigidaire water cooler that I have had to return in ONE YEAR. Been plugged in for over 24 hours. NO HOT WATER. Turned off the button in the back. Unplugged. Same. The water from BOTH sides "TRINKLE" down into glass or cup. When I unplugged to repackage and return, there was water all over my hardwood floors. STAY AWAY FROM THE GARBAGE.

    Make sure you open the box when it is delivered. Mine got a bit beat-up in shipping. I got the plastic pulled back out so all is well. The dispenser works great. The company we work with wanted monthly rent on the dispenser. At this great price, you can save money in the long run.

    The water line was completely undone. It was not assembled at the factory. This was not caused by shipping. This cooler was packed very securely in three boxes. Water poured out of the back of the unite. Not a drip, I mean a stream. After looking at the back of the unit I could see the water line was there but not attached. I took the back apart and attached the water line. That was not the end of the problems although that fixed the water leak. The cold water side functioned just fine but the hot water side never did do anything but produce room temperature water. I am very disappointed with this unit and would not recommend it to anyone after reviewing other folks that have very similar experiences. I think I will try to return it but because I have worked on it I suppose I am now stuck with it. Its a shame an American company can't do better.

    Update: The Good news is the cooler was replaced very fast and the replacement works great. I am pleased that the return and replacement went very smooth. Great job 鶹!

    ORIGINAL - 3 Months After Purchase
    Would not recommend this product. Purchased 3 months ago and it already stopped working. The heat function does not work, the water only ever stays room temperature. 鶹 says it's past the return period, so I called manufactures the service number provided, and after being transferred to three different people (who kept calling it an ice dispenser) I was provided another 800 number to call, and then after going through them was provided with another 800 number. I have a "ticket" and should hear back in 7-14 days on what they suggest doing. It's broken, it's defective, it doesn't work. No support from manufacture. Won't recommend this brand anymore. Future buyers be warned.
