Great Kit For Expecting/Post Labour Moms
This is a great kit to buy before having your baby, or for someone to gift to an expecting mom. The gown is simple and comfortable. Easy to use during labour or to nurse/pump while on. The socks are perfect. A grippy pair of socks in the hospital is a must! Keeps your feet warm and clean from the floors, but the grips keep you from slipping. The underwear are very stretchy and high rise. Great for holding pads for the blood leaking afterward or cold pads, and high enough for C-section moms. Then there are all the lovely medical-type supplies. The cooling wipes, cooling pads and healing foam feel amazing. The peri bottle helps so much when in pain down there and cannot wipe normally. Overall, this kit is fantastic! My only wish is that it came with more of the underwear. As a C-section mom, I used this type for longer than four days. Plus I bled a lot and leaked pads my first two days, so needed a few pairs in a day. Buying extra of the underwear is my recommendation.

This is an amazing gift, whether for an expectant friend or yourself. The note inside explains the origin of the idea as a shortage of available really useful resources for the ¡°fourth trimester¡± (postpartum period) of pregnancy. And especially for anyone who hasn¡¯t been through it before, I can¡¯t think of a more useful kit than one full of things nobody is likely to mention you need!
The items included were chosen and designed with obvious experience and care behind them. Every imaginable unmentionable comfort is included, and it gives the kit the impression of something curated by a thoughtful friend¡ªsomeone who wants to do what they can to ease those days after delivery. For that reason in particular I think it would make a much-appreciated gift.
The kit itself is snugly packed, and includes a grey felt carrying case to store the items you¡¯ll want to have with you right after birth. After checking the contents, I¡¯d encourage packing the little bag straightaway so it can be one less thing you need to remember as the day draws near.
The kit isn¡¯t cheap, but neither is the quality of what you receive. If this is something you¡ªor someone who¡¯s asked for gift ideas¡ªcan afford, I¡¯d say it¡¯s well worth the price.
