Perfect replacement
The lock on one of our 17yr old bay windows broke. Worried I wouldn't be able to find the same one to match. This one is perfect. 15 minute install including *small* disagreement partway through the process :) Normally costs $200+ for any window latch fix when we'd call the installer. Save the old screws!

    These sash Locks were exactly what we needed to repair 3 broken window locks. Couldn't find a replacement parts with any of the window companies we contaced. We even tried locksmiths. The windows are approx. 14yrs old, but of superior quality . I could go on about being told the windows would have to be replaced for thousands of dollars ( give me a break) .鶹 to the rescue, for approx $34.00 we ordered one replacement lock to see if it worked. SUCCESS we order 3 more and now the house is secure . Please keep this supplier in your books ,the product is wonderful.
