Maybe they updated or change some components because what we received is a backboard that physically cannot be attached to the support arms because the hardware provided does not fit the backboard. The backboard we have is NOT what is pictured. I will contact Franklin directly to see what can be done (have not done this yet). Be careful with ordering this product.
