There is nothing that will stop the entire unit from being pulled out when you try to pull just the try out. The instructions show a piece #4 which should be included and possibly would stop the entire unit from coming out but it is not included. The box does not list this piece as included even though the instructions show it. The rails are difficult to put into the slots and the sliding action of the tray is anything but smooth. I am returning this product and don't recommend it.

It would be nice if the height was adjustable by one or two notches, because if you don't have anything short enough to fit under the smaller top shelf, it could make that bit of space unhelpful. We put one under the kitchen sink, and one in our fridge, and they fit nicely. I like that they are semi-transparent which makes it so the fridge light doesn't feel entirely blocked out. The pull-out shelf slides easily, and the way it's constructed makes it so you can push the whole thing tight to one side while still being able to use the shelf. We've ordered two more for under our bathroom sinks.
