    My ABSOLUTE FAV!!!! Oh I think I may be addicted to this lovely healthy hot cocoa! Love that it is PACKED with all the healthy nutrients of mushrooms. Yet ya never taste it.I have tried other brands but my sensitive tummy reacted to each. This is the first that did not flare me up. Yes it costs more but the smoothness and consistency in the flavor is sooo worth it! Also, Yes it does make a smaller cup size, and sometimes i like that. If I'm feeling like a larger one, I simply add a bit of raw cacao powder, pinch or two of ceylon cinnamon, and top it up. It took some experimenting to get the right ratio, but well worth it. Love this cup of goodness. Truly relaxing and enjoyable. Especially if you are dairy, sugar, Gluten intolerant. I have also added a dolop of chas whipping coconut cream on occasion, but only once or twice. I really enjoy the hot cocoa flavor of this one as is!

The FourSigmatic website claims that the reishi mushrooms helps to support restful sleep. I usually don't expect much from these 'I will help you to sleep better' products, but after finishing drinking it I actually felt sleepy. The last thing, the sacket is small so you won't be able to get a lot of drink out of it; and don't put too much water - it will get too watery.
