I lived in Florida for a couple of years and there was a herbal life store that I would go to every other day and get a shake or a bar and I absolutely loved it. I felt like it helped with keeping my healthy lifestyle going. I recently bought the cookies and cream formula one mix and oh my God it doesn't disappoint it is 100% the exact same 1 that I had many years ago when I lived in Florida. To the person who said that they have little tiny block things in their shake this just made me laugh. It's cookies and cream. Those are Little pieces of chocolate hence cookies and cream get it. So don't let this review make you feel alarmed you are not going to have tiny little bugs in your protein shake.

This is the first time I have purchased this terrible protein drink and it will certainly be the very last. I mixed it with bottled water and small black balls appeared in my mixer cup that look like tiny bug eggs (see my pic)..OMG absolutely disgusting!!!! I am so glad I only took a very small sip.

UPDATE! I just found out that the small balls belong in the powder as part of a flavor enhancer so I am increasing the stars to four..I also tried this with almond milk and it was much better than with just water..Would I purchase this again? I think it is a little overpriced so not sure.
