Using this for the last year .. I will steep up a large pot and then bottle it in mason jars for use of two weeks .. then it’s good to take a break .. working outside in a refinery 10 hours a day. It’s nice to find something like this which detoxes the lungs .. I have given it to a few people at work then the word mouth got around and now several of us are using it at work .. They have also used it for their family members .. Everybody has said the same. .. definitely detox and cleans out the lungs .. this is a very large bag, so there is plenty to go around
