This electric hotpot cooker is well made and easy to use. I enjoyed using it for a family hot pot, and maybe next time I can try using it for 2 flavour fondue.

With its 110V burner, the pot heats up quickly and evenly. Even when we’re constantly filling it with new ingredients, it is strong enough to keep boiling even though the pot is so large. The non-stick coating makes it easy to clean, and the handles are great for lifting it up. The lid fits perfectly and the handle doesn’t heat up. The heat level is controlled with a dial, and its very easy to use. The wire is long enough, but you may need an extension cord for longer distances.

The dual-sided design of the pot lets me use two different broths or maybe spicy on one side and non-spicy on the other. I really like this device. It is convenient, fast heating, and versatile as a portable cook station. I recommend it!

Updated: After I posted the comment below the company contacted me by email in one week. And they got my issue and decided to send a new one as replacement.
After one day I got the parcel, the heating machine under the pot is worked now. I will change my rate and update what happened since their good customer service for me. I can enjoy the hotpot with my family at home now when winter coming.

I bought the pot this May. I did not have chance to use it since it turned to summer. Yesterday I wanted to make hotpot but I found it’s actually broken as you can see in the video the right part is falling down without heating function. I just keep it in my kitchen without any damage. I’m sad with this situation and it made my dinner super embarrassed with my friend. No way to find customer service and too late to return.

The handle is pretty big, and that's the only thing that I don't like. It makes it harder to store it away.

There are great resources on the internet on how to use the hot pot, and I’m amazed at how versatile it is. I can see us using this for family functions to serve and warm two side dishes.

Based on other options available, this is a very good value.

This is my first time getting a hot-pot heater / cooker but we love hot pot at home and we thought it’d be nice to have a tool just for that, and this divided electric hot pot is a great choice for anyone looking for an easy-to-use cooker. It has a very minimal setup (just screw on the handle!), it heats up quickly and cooks food evenly - and doesn’t burn - because of its non-stick surface.

The divided design is a winner because it allows you to cook spicy and non-spicy dishes simultaneously, or have 2 completely different broths. While it takes a little practice to get used to the smaller cooking area and slightly lower power compared to some brand-name models, it still prevents overcooking and keeps meat and seafood really tender and juicy, and that’s what you want.

Overall, this is a super user-friendly hot pot that's perfect for family meals or just big hot-pot parties !

It takes a little fiddling to get the temperature stable, so it doesn't keep boiling, or get too cool, but once you figure it out you're ok. Not hard to clean, a good size, and stable on the table, for potluck type things, as long as you have a plug handy

I didn't feel like it took too long to heat up, but if you fill both sides to full with cold water, then... common sense would suggest that it'd take a little while. I used hot water from my kitchen sink and filled each side about halfway up with soup base and it wasn't too long before it was lightly boiling. We used it for 3 people and it worked very well!
