5.0 out of 5 stars Still THE book to read before you go and when you're there
Verified PurchaseFodors still provides the only adult travel reviews you can find. No ad-supported gushing, no "hates" by 20-year-olds, just honest appraisals intended for middle-age adults. It helps you plan your trip (e.g., which sites to see in, say, Edinburgh) and is then actually useful as a carry-along while you're there because it gives decent directions, walking maps, train stations, etc. NOTHING online or on your phone is this useful.
