    These are roughly 98% useless as floor stands. The tire width adjustability is so limited that it's impossible to get a tight fit on the wheel/tire, instead you end up with an extra 1/2-3/4" that permits the entire bike to lean over sideways, at which point the stands themselves are not wide enough to hold the bike's weight up and it topples over. The stands are also the perfect height to interfere with the rear derailleur, and if you're not careful the bike's weight as it leans over could be acting on it. I have 3 bikes (2 are 29" MTB, one is a 700c gravel) and this stand doesn't hold any of them upright with any reliability.
