For first use or after long storage, fully charge for 3 hours before use to ensure optimal performance. Note: If the battery is low, the indicator will turn red and you may hear a buzzing or hissing noise while playing. Just charge it! It is not recommended to use the device while charging.

  • When the battery is low or the amp is charging, the current may be unstable, causing slight buzzing, static, or intermittent volume. For best sound and stable output, use a fully charged battery and avoid playing while charging.

  • The Clean channel delivers a clear, natural tone for practice and clean playing. The Drive channel boosts gain for an overdriven, distorted sound, making it thicker and more powerful. High gain may slightly amplify background noise, which is normal.

  • This amplifier is specifically designed for electric guitars. Using it with acoustic guitars or basses may not deliver optimal performance, so it is not recommended.

  • Please make sure the volume and gain knobs are properly adjusted. Also, use a 6.35mm guitar cable or a wireless system, and ensure all connections are correct and secure to prevent poor contact.
