    Quite a few small things to gripe about.

    1) the green status LED is very very feeble. It is small, inset, and not bright. To see it for status, you need to NOT HAVE the bright lights on, AND be standing almost directly below the LED (remember it is inset).

    2) the low battery alert triggers on first powering up the system. It will keep going and flashing red until you figure out how to reset. And sometimes as mine did the battery ships loose in compartment thus keeps re-triggering the low batt alert.

    3) supposedly easy to remove battery when fire alarm is still in ceiling.. NOPE.. The push out tabs are so hard to push down when your fingers are hooked from below to the top of the battery slide.

    At least the alarm comes with 10Y life and 2 kinds of triggers: ionic and electrochemical alarms mean less false alarms.
