6 of the best games from one of the best RPG series ever? The ports are tastefully done with the 8 but and 16 but games looking great, with the new optional soundtrack being great. Only suggestion is to make sure you enable the classic font in the settings.
The first 6 Final Fantasy games, on one cartridge, with quality of life enhancements across the board. Minor elements from previous reissues are absent, since these are based on the original games, and not, for example, based on the Game Boy Advance remasters. Worth your time and money.
What I Like - Some of the best games ever made all rolled into one cartridge. If you’re someone who likes physical game cartridges or discs, this is a great purchase. Some exciting vintage games that truly started the Final Fantasy lore. A fun, cost friendly way to replay and own the first bunch of games that really set the tone.
Great for old and new players. This was everything I ever wanted, all the games are beautiful with the new and improved graphics and music. Gameplay is excellent, they added a bonus optional level up system if you want to breeze through each game if you don't want to grind through mindless battles to play through the stories.
What's not to like? It's three NES and three SNES Final Fantasy games, updated for HDTV. The NES games are somewhat updated with SNES-level graphics and features like attacking the next enemy if the targeted one is already dead. Basically, all of the games have the same look and feel in battle, which is the Final Fantasy IV experience. "Auto battle" speeds up the battles by automatically repeating your last action for each character. Each game has a bestiary, which is nice improvement. The on-screen map is a nice improvement over printed maps. The music is performed by a real orchestra, though the original music is an option if you want a more authentic experience. They took everything that was good about these games and added things that we would have loved to have had back in the day. I couldn't be happier with this remake. Six games is a lot of playtime. Very good value for what it costs.
My favourite game is Final Fantasy 10. I always said I would go back and play the old games and this has made it possible. Hours of fun! I play at the gym on the treadmill for a couple hours a day. It's been a blast.

A great collection of the Final Fantasy games from the first all the way to part six which is considered a classic. Crisp visuals, and the audio is great, nicely composed classics like the Final Fantasy Battle Theme along with the Victory theme. Would recommend to anyone, even those that never played Final Fantasy. There's a reason why these games are cherished classics and I would highly recommend adding these to your collection.
