- Reviewed in Canada on June 10, 2025Verified PurchaseThis stuff works amazingly well. Tried XLR8 from the US, worked ok on crabgrass but thats it. Researched my weed and its called Speedwell and then found this product in my research as a reco and happy to find it on 鶹.ca. It worked great, killing the speedwell and other broadleaf weeds in my lawn including clover, then used my dethatcher to pull up all the dead stuff, then my lawn mower to suck it all up into the bag. Will definitely be buying more in the future - best legal stuff for Ontario!
- Reviewed in Canada on May 27, 2025Verified PurchaseWe purchased this knowing that lawn care companies in Canada use it, and knowing that dicamba and tryplocor are unavailable here and would work faster and better. This is straight up iron. It’s a deep red rust colour and you will see your lawn darken for a few days (but not brown) after using it. You need a 2-gallon sprayer on fan mode. There are websites that give a ratio of water to product better than the bottle does so you know what strength to use for best effectiveness for your efforts. It goes a long way and lasts several applications. It’s a lot in a jug so lasts a while. Be patient. Yes dandelions will brown. So will clover. Well established clover will take several spaced apart applications. Creeping Charley is a no, it won’t touch it. It’s broadleaf only. Remember lawn companies often just spot treat. They don’t do a full service after maybe one time. This for the money gives you control so you can do it yourself as much as you think needs doing with no harm to the grass. Way better than the hundreds lawn services charge for the same product.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 2, 2025Verified PurchaseI've always been using weed b gon max until a neighbour told me about Fiesta. This one's exactly the same from the chemical composition and seems to work exactly the same with iron being the main agent that kills the weeds and not the grass. But the beauty about this is that it does it at a fraction of the cost. One can of this makes 100 litres of weed killer.
I sprayed it in my yard in the evening and saw the next day the weeds were dying.
This is also the same thing that pro lawn care companies use in canada.

The video shows the before and the picture is a couple days later after a single treatment. Biggest change noticed was with the dandy lions, the clover will most likely take a few seasons of treatment to notice a big difference. Importantly it didn’t seem to harm my grass at all.
Slowly but surely this stuff works! Bought this after noticing it was what all the big companies used for lawn treatments. I mixed it 1 part to 24 parts to water in a 2 gallon sprayer and added a tablespoon of dish soap as a surfactant (although I may have been better off using a specifically made surfactant). The concentration used was 316 ml/ 2 gallons. Not sure how exact it needs to be but I used a slightly under filled 12 oz disposable plastic cup to measure the concentrate. I over-seeded the lawn a couple days later. For my front and back yard I used 4 gallons (~630ml out of 4 litres of concentrate) so I should be able to get a total of 6 treatments out of 1 bottle (~25$/treatment). I sprayed heavier on spots with dandelions and other prominent weeds.

- Reviewed in Canada on May 2, 2025Verified PurchaseI have bought two of these things in the last year and the clovers keep coming back. I am not sure if it is me not knowing the right way to apply it. It seems to make an effort to kill the weeds but just at the tips! Very frustrating. I won't be buying any more of it.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 12, 2025Verified PurchaseSeems to be working. the clovers seem reduce has to apply again. I tried without surfactant as it was not approved for Canada. Some dandelion turning black. One section was a little crab grass has exploded to more crab grass never seen so thick. Its possible another product in combination caused it. I did a second application but crab grass seems to be be exploding and spreading instead of dying. I will update review in a few weeks if see any improvement on second application and if better or worse.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 30, 2025Verified PurchaseI mixed this up with my pump sprayer and I used a little more than directed, maybe 20% stronger. It made such a difference to a yard that was infested with weeds. It took 3 or 4 applications over 2 weeks or so, but it is excellent. Great results.
