She uses it after her menstrual cycle ends until it begins (she pause usage during her bleeding days). She continously boast to her friends about how energetic and strong she feels after consuming Ferosom Forte. I am please to report that it is en excellent product, go ahead and buy I highly recommend!

    So far an amazing product. Not sure if it's taken effect yet as I have been struggling with low iron for a while, especially this past year while being pregnant and postpartum. My iron level is 17 so I believe it takes a few months to get back up there after seeing the doctor. I was mixing it with water, but read elsewhere to just pour it into your mouth and it tastes so much better like candy. The pills were so much harder on me I actually felt like throwing up and pain etc. I'm so glad I found this product I would recomend to anyone with low iron

    I love this supplement. My daughter is on the spectrum and had to be put on an iron supplement. Unfortunately all the kids ones taste horrible, and cause constipation.
