How to make delicious pasta?
Here some tips for perfect result
If the dough is too sticky/wet before rolling, knead with some flour at a time until the stickiness disappear and add flour in the rolling shaft inside.
Sometimes dust the rolled pasta sheet with ‘00’ flour before next rolling/cutting to get perfect pasta noodles.
Turn Mixer Speed Setting to 2 or 3 when using Roller attachment while 3-4 Speed for Cutters for better performance.
