I wished it used batteries. You have to keep it plugged in with the USB. Otherwise it's okay. There was a question from a costumer and it was: Where is the USB? The USB is behind on your bottom left behind. Shown on the picture.

    We love it. We ordered one as we had the battery shuffler with no USB and our friends got the USB one and we loved it. Ordered one for ourselves and then got another for camp and we belong to the seniors so ordered another one for them and are in the process of ordering to more as we have lots of canasta players and we use 7 decks of cards. We have had to bring them home and take them apart and do something with the connections but then they work great again. They are well used at the seniors so we have no complaints.

    We use it during our card nights to shuffle up 3 or 4 decks and it works well most of the time. From time to time one of the sides won't feed the same as the other side or sometimes a card will go in the middle of the shuffler standing up causing some of the cards to flip face up. It still worth having. Prefer it over hand shuffling the cards and many times getting similar sets of cards the next round.
