Fanttik Fold S1 APEX 3.7V Electric Screwdriver, 20 Bits, 1 4 inch Hex, Ideas DIY Tool

  • We can increase or decrease the torque of the machine by rotating the Mechanical Rotary Knob on the head to adapt to different usage scenarios. While rotating, the specific torque value will be displayed on the LED screen.

  • The screw direction can be adjusted using physical buttons on the screen. When "screwed in", the arrow on the screen points up; when "screw out", it points down.

  • Two speeds can be selected and adjusted via physical buttons integrated into the screen. When the speed is low, the screen displays "Low", when the speed is high, the screen displays "High"

  • There are four angles (0 / 24 / 48 / 72) to choose from. Adjust by pressing the button at the middle link and turning the handle.

Pour ma part, tel que montrer sur la photo, j'ajoute presque toujours un lastique velcro sur mes coffres afin d'viter un dg?t sil s'ouvrait pour peu importe la raison (comprendre que ?a m'est dj arriv ?). Points ngatifs : 1) trangement il n'y a qu'une tte carr numro S2 dans l'ensemble mais plusieurs ttes plates. Je sais, la compagnie est amricaine alors c'est dj beau qu'il y en ait une ? 2) c'est plus une remarque qu'un point ngatif : je trouve trange qu'on doit peser sur un bouton prs de l'cran tactile pour changer la direction de rotation.     1) trangement il n'y a qu'une tte carr numro S2 dans l'ensemble mais plusieurs ttes plates. Je sais, la compagnie est amricaine alors c'est dj beau qu'il y en ait une ?
    2) c'est plus une remarque qu'un point ngatif : je trouve trange qu'on doit peser sur un bouton prs de l'cran tactile pour changer la direction de rotation. Comme le bouton de marche et double je m'attendais ce que un c?t tourne horaire et l'autre anti-horaire mais en fait ils font la mme action.
    3) Peu importe le prix affich, il semble toujours co?ter autour de 130$. Quand je l'ai achet il tait affich 179.99$ avec coupon de 50$, aujourd'hui il est 161.34$ avec coupon de 30$... C'est un marketing douteux.

    Everything just seems to be well made and this product just exudes quality; nice box to hold tool, magnetic latch for easy opening, nice selection of bits, and the screw driver fits my hand very well.

    Multiple configurations from straight to maybe ~75 degree handle angle make it fairly easy to find a setting that suits the job, but I would've liked it to go to a full 90 degree handle angle.

    Ring style led light is nice and I feel gives better illumination than single led bulb.

    Torque is adequate for most household jobs, but not enough to screw wood screws into a piece of hardwood, but then you want something that has more umph for building your deck. There are 8 torque selections from 0.5-7.0 Nm -- Again, this is fine for most household and electronic work but not what you'd want to use for heavy duty projects. Also, the torque settings seem to be fairly accurate but I haven't checked actual calibrations, probably just ballpark for home use.

    Battery life is more than adequate for this type of device and I never had any issues during my periods of use; also, it charges fairly quickly from USB. However, it doesn't have a removable battery, so you can't just do a swap and charge to keep going for really long stretches.

    I never had any issues with the button selection for Fwd/Rev or Hi/Lo speed but the workflow (if you've used other electric screw drivers) may take a little adjustment time due to the position of the buttons.

    I use this mostly for my electronics projects and it's totally fine removing and replacing the case screws, however I have also used it to assemble ikea furniture and it handled that task with aplomb too.

    The magnetic latch on the storage box works for me but it might not hold as well as a snap latch would if you just toss it in your tool box and it gets rattled around.

    All-in-all, I'm very happy with this electric screw driver and I would buy it again...Just keep in mind it's limitations and choose the appropriate tool for the job, it's not a heavy duty screw driver.
