    This review is on the physical case and discs, not the show itself, the show is fantastic.

    2 of the 3 discs were rattling around in the case when I received my order. I got through 1 episode before the disc started to skip. I've had numerous issues like this over the years and I am getting tired of it. You pay $50 for a movie or show and the discs are loose inside the case due to shoddy quality cases. If I'm paying this much for physical media the least the manufacturer can do is invest a few extra pennies to make sure the case can securely hold the discs without the popping out after a slight jostle. F*** sake.

    I'm the future, anytime I receive a movie or tv show with loose discs inside, I won't even bother trying them, they will be returned immediately.

    Bought the Fallout TV series on DVD expecting a little post-apocalyptic fun. What I got? Radiation, existential dread, morally questionable vault dwellers, and a cowboy ghoul with more swagger than I’ve ever had on my best day. I haven’t seen sunlight in three days — not because of nuclear winter, but because I couldn’t stop watching.

    Pros:
    • Feels like the game crawled out of the console and slapped me with retro-futuristic chaos.
    • The humor is darker than my coffee and the twists hit harder than a Super Mutant with a pool cue.
    • Walton Goggins as a mutated cowboy with emotional damage? Inject it straight into my Pip-Boy.

    Cons:
    • I now irrationally distrust anyone in a Vault-Tec jumpsuit. Including trick-or-treaters.
    • May cause strong cravings for Nuka-Cola, canned beans, and questionable morality.
    • Be warned: you will start referring to your cat as “Wasteland Critter.”

    Bottom line: this show is everything Fallout fans hoped for and more. Gritty, weird, hilarious, and strangely heartfelt — like Mad Max had a baby with a 1950s sci-fi cartoon and raised it underground. The DVD quality is excellent, and the bonus features are the cherry on the radioactive cake.

    Highly recommend. Just remember: war never changes. But binge-watching habits? Oh, they get way worse.

    The steelbook is beautiful, the commentary available from Walton Goggins and Jonathan Nolan over the first episode is HILARIOUS, and the cards that come with the box are adorable. Highly recommend watching the show either way, whether you're a fan of the games or not. It's entertaining and fairly true to the existing game universe. I have friends and family who loved it despite never playing any of the games and can now join in with my fandom!

    Just a grand TV show, and the Blu ray comes with what I expected. I guess a paper insert with an in universe thing would be nice, but overall I'm satisfied. Actor were most impressive in the show, the CGI was good for the most part(except for that eye guy, and even then I feel it works as a good lil uncanny valley type design) and the Props were beautiful

    I am not one to review a product for how it was handled but since 鶹 handled this show entirely i think it is worth noting that steelbook shouldnt be shipped in soft envelopes to prevent damage. Mine arrived with a crimping of the top rear corner and the hinge totally unattached 1/3 down the spine. And since its out of stock i cannot even get a replacement. And i truly want this in my fallout collection. 😫 ill try and see if i can at least get a refund for the damages…
