    Entre os livros disponíveis sobre a Bolsa de Valores brasileira, é uma grata surpresa encontrar um escrito por quem realmente entende do assunto. Décio Bazin nos oferece aqui suas teorias sobre como ganhar dinheiro na Bolsa. O método é bem simples, e tem como base o Dividend Yield, chamado de Cash yield pelo autor. Mas está longe de ser somente isso.

    Bazin nos brinda com a sabedoria que adquiriu atuando no mercado de ações ao longo de 30 anos. É uma rara visão da Bolsa de Valores como ela é. Ao contrário de quase todo mundo que fala sobre Bolsa, Bazin não era analista, corretor ou outro agente do mercado financeiro. Ele era um jornalista que acompanhava as Bolsas e se tornou investidor. Devido a não ter sua origem no mercado financeiro, Bazin não pensa como um corretor ou assessor de investimentos - e isso dá a ele uma enorme vantagem, seja sobre outros autores, ou mesmo sobre os influencers de hoje.

    Bazin, naquela época, já compreendia que a maioria desses profissionais do mercado (a quem ele chama de tecnomaníacos, basicamente o mesmo conceito do "Fragilista" de Taleb) geralmente se pautam em teorias e metodologias de resultados duvidosos. Em vez de seguir esses profissionais, o autor nos apresenta uma filosofia simples e eficiente de investimentos.

    Ao final de muitos dos capítulos, como leitura complementar, Bazin nos oferece alguns artigos que ele mesmo escreveu na década de 80. Sim, o livro é antigo mas, apesar de estar defasado em um ou outro detalhe (mais sobre como eram compradas e vendidas as ações antes da era do Home Broker, e os principais papéis da Bolsa mudaram desde aquela época), continua extremamente atual. A forma que o mercado funciona e os personagens que nele atuam ainda são os mesmos.

    No geral, mesmo com o passar do tempo, ainda é o melhor livro escrito até hoje sobre como investir na Bolsa de Valores brasileira. Recomendo a leitura pra quem não quer sair colocando Merposa (da um Google aí) na carteira.
